With years of experience as a high-energy keynote performer and fitness entertainer, she has a proven track record of commanding massive audiences, including producing and hosting her own successfully syndicated local network television fitness show, Get Fit with Jam.
Following a dedicated real life hiatus to serve as a primary family caregiver, she has returned to the global stage with unyielding focus. Today, she operates on a national scale, delivering premium, turnkey wellness experiences and main-stage entertainment for major corporate partners, music festivals, and elite organizations worldwide.

What started as an explosive grassroots movement in a local church basement rapidly transformed into a full-blown media phenomenon. Driven by demand that couldn't be contained, Jamme launched a series of viral workout videos, culminating in her hit television show, "Get Fit with Jam."

Following a divorce after 17 years of marriage, she suddenly found herself navigating life as a single mother of three. Shortly after, tragedy struck when her mother suffered a debilitating stroke. Stepping into the role of sole caregiver, Jamme fiercely pushed her business forward until she ultimately had to step away to prioritize her family and her mother’s care.
